Title:   ATP Integration Facility

Work Description:
Work under this Contract comprises of provision of all labour, materials, services and equipment necessary for excavation and construction of civil site services and electrical services located at the ATP Integration Facility at NRC Herzberg Astronomy and Astrophysics at 5071 West Saanich Road, Victoria, BC.  

Optional Site visit:
The site visit for this project is OPTIONAL.  Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on December 22, 2017 at 10:30am PST at NRC Herzberg Astronomy and Astrophysics.  Interested Bidders are to meet in the lobby, located at 5071 West Saanich Road, Victoria, BC.
Bidders are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

Completion Date:
Commence work immediately upon official notification of acceptance of offer and complete the project within twelve (12) weeks after contract award except the installation of transformer and electrical service commissioning, which is to be completed within twenty-two (22) weeks after contract award.  Excavation of project site to reach bedrock level to be completed within six (6) weeks.  Also refer to survey plan schedule in section 1.20.1.4 of the specification.

Value of Project: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $600,000.00 to $700,000.00.
