Work Description:
Work of this Contract comprises renovation of an existing sewage lift station, located at the Institute of Ocean Sciences, located in Sydney, British Columbia.

Optional Site Visit:
Bidders are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

A site visit will be held on the following date and time:

Instructions: Visitors can park at the visitors’ lot next to the main entrance and wait in the lobby after checking in with Security.

Note: Interested bidders are required to provide their name(s) to Tian Lam at tian.lam@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca no later than 24 hours prior to the site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.

Delivery Date: 
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by April 30, 2016. 

Estimated Value: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost around $100,000 and $200,000 (GST included)
