Work Description:
Work of this Contract comprises the construction of a new multi-purpose building, the
installation of a package picnic shelter, and the repair of an existing wood frame tower,
located at 5421 Robertson Road, Westham Island, Delta, BC.

Optional Site Visit:
Bidders are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

A site visit will be held on the following date and time:

Time:  11:00am local time 
Location: Pacific Wildlife Research Centre, 5421 Robertson Road, Westham Island, Delta, BC

Note: Interested bidders are required to provide their name(s) to Tian Lam at tian.lam@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca no later than 24 hours prior to the site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.

Delivery Date: 
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 24 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. 

Estimated Value: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost approximately $750,000.00 (GST included).
