SI11 COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement and Certification has been added:
This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. All offerors must provide with their offer, the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification attached to this RFSO (Appendix 8), to be given further consideration in this procurement process. This Certification is incorporated into, and forms a binding part of any resulting Contract. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the offer will render the offer non-responsive.

Work Description:
Work under this standing offer will include the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to carry out general construction work, repairs, alterations, and additions on an as and when requested basis by Department of National Defence, 19 Wing Comox, in Lazo, BC (as well as other locations within a 50 km radius and CFB Holdberg) during the specified period.

THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET, or RELIABILITY STATUS, as required, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC.
 
Site Visit:
There will be no scheduled site visit.

Delivery Date: 
The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall be for three (3) years commencing from the start date identified on the Standing Offer with two (2) irrevocable options to extend the term of the Standing Offer for two (2) additional consecutive twelve (12) months periods.

Estimated Value: 
The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $10,500,000.00 (GST or HST included). Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called-up; PWGSC will issue call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed.
