Work Description: 
The project comprises of renovation work to existing laboratory rooms at the Pacific Forestry Centre located at 506 Burnside Road, Victoria, BC. Note that other projects will be in progress at the same time as the Work of this Contract.

Site Visit: 
Contractors are strongly recommended to visitthe site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

There is an optional site visit for prospective bidders on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 1:00 pm PDST at the Pacific Forestry Centre located at 506 Burnside Road, Victoria, BC.

Delivery Date: 
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within fifty-two (52) weeks of Contract award.

Value of Project: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between 
$725,000 to $775,000.
