    Work Description: 
    The project comprises of the provision of potable water treatment works and well improvements at five (5) sites including the Beaver Creek Border Crossing and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Residence in Beaver Creek, YT. Mechanical, electrical, and water treatment consultants will perform construction related services. The Contractor is required to hire an independent architectural/engineering firm to perform site inspection services to monitor construction and oversee quality control to meet Contract requirements. Firm hired by the Contractor must have experience in civil, architectural, and structural engineering experience.
    
    This procurement is subject to the Kluane First National Final Agreement.
    
    Site Visit: 
    Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.
    
    There is an optional site visit for prospective bidders on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 12:00 pm PDST at the Beaver Creek Port of Entry Main Port Building, Beaver Creek, YT.
    
    Interested contractors are required to provide their name(s) and company name(s) to the Contracting Authority, Janie Leung at (604) 666-8228 or by email to Janie.Leung@pwgsc.gc.ca by Monday, July 4th, 2016 at 3:00pm PDST if you will be attending the site visit.  
    
    Delivery Date: 
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within nine (9) weeks of Contract award.

    Value of Project: 
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between 
    $375,000 to $425,000.
