Request for Information (RFI) - Use of Bid Depositories for Construction Related Bid Submissions


PSPC seeks to engage industry to develop a better understanding of the benefits of the use of a bid depository service. To accomplish this task, we request your participation in completing the following online questionnaire. By answering all related questions, you will help us gain a better understanding of the use of bid depository services in the bid submission process for construction related services.   A Bid Depository provides for the reception of sealed tenders from Trade Contractors, whereby, the sanctity of bidding is protected, and those receiving their tenders obtain firm quotations in writing and in adequate time to compile their bids.   
 
Please note that there is no specific requirement associated with this posting. This is not a bid solicitation and will not result in a contract.  All correspondence submitted is subject to potential requests for information or release through the Access to Information and Privacy policy.  

The questionnaire will remain active until the closing date of the Request for Information - Use of Bid Depositories for Construction Related Bid Submissions. You are asked to complete this questionnaire in electronic format and to submit your responses electronically.
