Work Description:
Work under this standing offer includes the furnishing of all labour, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to perform plumbing services, maintenance, repairs and upkeep as and when requested by the Dept. of National Defence, CFB Esquimalt, Victoria, BC.  

PERIOD OF THE STANDING OFFER  
The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall be for (2) years plus (1) option year commencing from the start date identified on the Standing Offer.

Value of Project:
It is anticipated that 1 standing offer will be issued. The total expenditure of the standing offer is $950,000.00 (GST/HST included).

THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT:

The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of Secret issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD);

and 

The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of Reliability status or personnel security screening at the of SECRET, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
