Survey all CMU walls in the mentioned location to confirm all site levels and dimensions. The work location is at Kent Institution at 4732 Cemetery Road, Agassiz, BC. Site Visit: Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work. There is an optional site visit for prospective bidders on Tuesday, January 30th, 2018 at 10:30 AM PST at Kent Institution located at 4732 Cemetery Road, Agassiz, BC. A maximum of two (2) representatives per bidder will be permitted to examine the site. Contractors attending the site visit are required to show one (1) piece of government issued ID, such as a Driver’s License. All contractors must wear a high visibility vest, which meets WCB standards, for all site visits. No cameras, cell phones (of any type) or laptop computers are allowed into institutions at any time. Delivery Date: The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within twelve (12) weeks of Contract award. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender (solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid. This procurement office provides procurement services to the public in English. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
