Work Description:
Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Small Craft Harbours, has a requirement for Porpoise Bay - Wharf and Float repairs in Sechelt, BC.

The work under this Contract shall include the supply of equipment, labour and materials for the performance of all work as required by the Contract Documents.  The work to be carried out under this Contract includes wharf and float repairs, including timber pile driving, in the Porpoise Bay harbor.  The work generally consists of, but is not limited to the following items:

1- Mobilization/Demobilization
2- Internal Bearing Pile Replacement
3-Edge Bearing Pile Replacement
4-Fender Pile Replacement
5-Mooring Pile Replacement
6-Pile and Cap Repairs
7-Cross-brace and Waler Repairs
8-Handrail Repairs
9-Flange Replacement
10-Flange Block Replacement
11-Bullrail Replacement
12-Decking Replacement
13-Miscellaneous Float Repairs

Site Visit:
There is NO scheduled site visit. However, it is recommended that bidders make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site, as well as the nature and extent of the work. 

Delivery Date:
This Contract must be completed before February 15, 2020.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost $100,001.00 to $500,000.00.
