Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement (CLCA):
This procurement is subject to the Kwanlin Dun First Nation Final Agreement and the Ta’an Kwach’an Council Final Agreement.

Work Description:
Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has a requirement for the construction of a new 211 m2 storage garage at the new ECCC Compound, located at 91782 Alaska Highway, Whitehorse, Yukon.

Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following:
1- Demolition of existing fence, clearing and grubbing.
2- Completion of all site works including trenching, excavation, backfill, asphalt and concrete paving, compacted gravel areas, sewer, water and electrical services.
3- Construction of new wood framed storage garage.
4- All architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil work.
5-Independent building envelope airtightness.
6- O&M manuals and as-built drawings.

Optional Site Visit:
1. There will be a site visit on January 14, 2020 at 10:30 am PST. Interested bidders are to meet at 91782 Alaska Highway, Whitehorse, Yukon.

2. The site visit for this project is optional.  Interested bidders will be responsible for their own travel arrangements.

3. Safety Attire: In order to be guaranteed access to the site visit all persons should have the proper personal protection equipment (safety glasses, footwear, vests and hard hats etc.). Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.

Delivery Date:
The Contractor must achieve substantial performance within 12 months of Contract Award.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost $500,001 to $1,000,000.
