The HVAC system cleaning service work will involve the following: 1.1 Background As per the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations Division III-HVAC systems, all heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems shall be cleaned and report in writing when, how and who completed the work. There are approximately 241 commercial and 65 residential style HVAC systems within CSC institutions in the Pacific Region. 1.2 Objectives: To provide state of cleanliness inspections and cleaning services for all components of commercial HVAC systems to a variety of use buildings within correctional institutions and community correctional facilities of the Pacific Region of the Correctional Service of Canada. Period of Standing Offer: The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall be for five(5) years commencing from the start date identified on the Standing Offer. Firms intending to submit proposals for this project should obtain documents through Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda when issued will be available from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Firms that elect to base their proposal on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority on their intention to bid. Proponents must indicate (when requested) on the offer form the identification number(s) of the addenda, if any, that they have taken into consideration for their proposal submission. This procurement office provides procurement services to the public in English. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
