    Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Pacific Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

    SCOPE OF WORK
    General labour required on an “as and when requested” basis. Work would include, but is not limited to: cleaning beaver screens on culverts along the highway, snow removal done with the use of a loader or skidsteer at the PSPC Airport compound, seasonal yard cleaning and clearing at the PSPC Airport compound, repair or replace signs along the highway on the direction of PSPC staff, right of way (ROW) clean up (eg: removing fallen trees bigger than 100 mm (4 inches) in diameter). 
    
    As well as yearly maintenance and ongoing winter/summer custodial work of Sand/Salt tents located at km 162 Wonowon (BLDG), km 254 Sikanni, km 366 Prophet River (Adsett), km 445 Fort Nelson, Fort Nelson Airport, km 538 Steamboat (BLDG), km 648 Toad River, km 696 Muncho, km 762.5 Liard, km 839 Fireside (BLDG), km 922 Iron Creek. This work  There are 3 Overhead bridges located at km 584.6, km 627.8, and km 641.1 that need visual inspections, and signs replaced. There are 12 large information/warning signs from km 133 - km 968 that require signs to be replaced and/or upgraded. This work would be done with the use of a Genie/Manlift by an operator with the appropriate training.
    
    The period of the contract is 2 years plus 1 additional 1 year period(s) under the same conditions.
