WORK DESCRIPTION:
Work under this standing offer is for low dollar construction, alterations, and urgent repair work, as and when required at various Correctional Services Canada Institutions in the Fraser Valley, B.C. 
Work will be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work.

PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER: 
It is PWGSC's intention to authorize up to two (2) Standing Offers, each for a period of two (2) years with two (2) options to extend the Standing Offer for an additional consecutive twelve (12) month period.  The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $4,200,000.00 (GST included).  

SITE VISIT:
There is no site visit scheduled for this requirement.

Firms that elect to base their bids on tender (solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.
