Title: Valemount Residence Moisture Control 

Location: 1296 7th Avenue, Valemount, BC

Work Description:

Work to be performed under this contract comprises of moisture control at  1296 7th Ave in Valemount, B.C. 

The Work includes, but is not limited to the following items covered further in the contract documents:

- Installation of drainage infrastructure surrounding the exterior of the building and providing appropriate sloping to the regraded soil at the exterior of the building. 

- Installation of waterproofing material as indicated on the construction drawings. 
The work is to be confirmed by the Departmental Representative herein indicated as 'DR' within the Specifications

Site Visit: 
There is no scheduled site visit. 

Delivery Date: 
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work three (3) weeks from Contract Award.

Value of Project: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to up to $60,000.00.

Impacts of COVID-19 pandemic:

Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and to encourage physical distancing, the bid receiving unit in Vancouver will remain open but with limited staff and limited hours: Mondays to Fridays, from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm (Pacific Daylight Time). 

Public tender openings will be suspended until further notice. Following solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender.
