The water distribution and wastewater infrastructures including water treatment and wastewater treatment systems located at the Norway House Hospital Complex are not operating to an efficient level. Both systems are at the end of their life cycles and require recapitalization to ensure adequate fire protection, potable water servicing and to ensure that waste water treatment effluent meets the current applicable guidelines and standards. The transition between the new and old systems must be done in a manner to limit the service interruptions to the facilities and buildings. 

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to retain the services of a Civil Engineering firm, acting as prime consultant, together with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the provision of services required for this project, as more fully described in the Terms of Reference (TOR).

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. 

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
