    Work under this contract comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials, equipment and supervision required to complete the work at Gull Harbour, Manitoba, as more fully described in the plans and specifications.
    
    The work site is located at Gull Harbour, MB on the west side of Lake Winnipeg on Hecla Island, approximately 180 km north of Winnipeg via Provincial Trunk Highway 8.
    
    The work under this contract covers the following, but is not limited to:
    
    1) Remove and dispose of twenty-one (21) float wharves off-site.
    2) Remove and salvage one (1) aluminum gangway.
    3) Remove and dispose of five (5) existing pipe sliders off-site.
    4) Supply and install one (1) 3.048m x 7.315m principal float wharf.
    5) Supply and install one (1) 2.438m x 6.706m principal float wharf.
    6) Supply and install two (2) 1.829m x 6.706m principal float wharves.
    7) Supply and install one (1) 1.829m x 6.706m angle principal float wharf.
    8) Supply and install seven (7) 1.829m x 6.096m principal float wharves.
    9) Supply and install eleven (11) 1.219m x 6.096m finger float wharves.
    10) Supply and install eight (8) steel pipe sliders with connection hardware.
    11) Supply and install one (1) 1.022m x 3.048m aluminum gangway.
    12) Supply and install six (6) light standards and new foundations, LED fixtures, and associated hardware.
    13) Supply and install one (1) steel pipe bollard.
    14) Supply and install one (1) concrete bollard base.
    15) Pick-up and install twenty-two (22) float transition plates on new floats. 
    
    Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $100,001.00 and $250,000.00.
