    Work under this contract comprises the furnishing of all labour,
    materials, equipment and supervision required for building a new
    Seed Processing Facility for Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada
    (AAFC) in Brandon, Manitoba, as specified in the drawings and
    specifications.
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on Wednesday,
    September 18, 2013 at 11:00 am. Interested bidders are to meet
    at the Brandon Research Centre, Building 93 - Reception, 2701
    Grand Valley Road, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 5Y3. 
    
    There will be a second site visit Thursday, September 19, 2013
    at 10:00 am. Interested bidders are to meet at the AAFC Cereal
    Research Centre - Security Desk, University of Manitoba, 195
    Dafoe Road,
    Winnipeg, MB. Once completed, bidders will be given directions
    to the AAFC Glenlea Station, Glenlea, MB for the second part of
    the site visit.
    
    Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date
    and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view
    the site. No exceptions will be made.
    
    This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. Failure to
    comply will result in rejection of your tender.
