Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to
retain the services of an engineering firm, acting as the Prime
Consultant, together with a multidisciplinary team of
sub-consultants, to undertake a "Dam Safety Review and
Consequence of Failure Study" for St. Andrew's Lock and Dam
(SALD) located in Lockport, Manitoba, as more fully described in
the Terms of Reference (TOR).
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be an optional site visit on Tuesday, July 15, 2014
at 10:00 am. Interested bidders are to meet at the site office
of the PWGSC Works Maintenance Yard compound, St. Andrews Lock &
Dam, Lockport, Manitoba.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms,
special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing,
and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. 

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejection of your bid.

incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the bid and

Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid
