    Unit 6 Window Replacement, Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan
    
    Work of this Contract will include, but is not limited to the following at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan: the removal and replacement of 80 existing cell windows in the Unit 6 as more fully described in the specifications and drawings.
    
    Value of Project: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 > $5,000,000.
    
    Optional Site Visit: There will be an optional site visit on Thursday August 3, 2017 at 10:30 AM (Saskatchewan time). Interested bidders must notify the Contracting Officer by emailing hank.bartkiewicz@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca on or before July 31, 2017 at 4:00 PM (Saskatchewan time) of their intent to attend the site visit. Full Legal name(s) of attendee(s) and company represented is required. If the contacting Officer has not been notified by the date and time stated, admittance may not be given at the site visit. Interested bidders are to meet/sign in at Building A03, Works Department/PWGSC Office, Saskatchewan Penitentiary, 2500 15th Street West, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.
    
    Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid.
    
    This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
