ST. Andrews Lock and Dam Compound Flood Protection System,
Lockport, Manitoba

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the
services of a Civil Engineering firm experienced in flood
protection design and geotechnical/foundation design to act in
the capacity of the coordinating engineer of record, together
with a multidisciplinary team of sub-consultants for the
provision of a flood protection system at the ST. Andrews Lock
and Dam Compound, Lockport, MB. The Lock and Dam is a National
Historic Site.

Services provided by the prime consultant will include but not
be limited to the following: civil,  structural, geotechnical
and hydraulic engineering services; architectural; topographic
surveying;  design preparation; construction tender documents;
contract administration; on site construction support services;
commissioning and post construction services. 

Proponents are requested to submit a proposal in one phase.
Proponents shall be licensed, or eligible to be licensed,
certified or otherwise authorized to provide the necessary
professional services to the full extent that may be required by
provincial or territorial law in the province of Manitoba.
