    Work under the proposed contract comprises of the furnishing of
    all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision required to
    provide granular material for the Highfield Dam proposed toe
    burm at Highfield Dam, Rush Lake, Saskatchewan, as specified in
    the specifications.
    
    This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
    comply may result in rejection of your bid.
