Agriculture and Agri-food Canada, Toe Berm Construction, Highfield Dam,
Rush Lake, Saskatchewan.

Work under the proposed contract comprises of the furnishing of
all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision required for toe berm
construction at Highfield Dam, Rush Lake, Saskatchewan, as 
specified in the drawings and specifications.

An optional site visit will be held on December 8, 2015 at 10:30h at 
the AAFC office (DG Smith Room), LB Thomson Place, Swift Current, SK (Directions: Turn at Gate 2, SPARC - Airport Road). Bidders who, for an
y reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be 
given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will 
be made.

Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green patch. Hard hats are also required. Contractor personnel/individuals who do not have

 the proper safety attire will be denied access to the site.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms,
special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing,
and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid.

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejectionof your bid.
