    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EV385-193050/A, dated February 28, 2019, with a closing of March 28, 2019 at 14:00 h. CDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
    
    Work under this Contract will include, but is not limited to, the following: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is managing upgrades for three existing central steam boilers at Correctional Service Canada’s Saskatchewan Penitentiary at Prince Albert, SK.
    
    This project consists of upgrading the control system for the three boilers and replacing the burners and economizers for two boilers; the burners and combustion management systems on Boilers 1 and 2 will be replaced to match the recently installed equipment on Boiler 3; the existing economizers on Boilers 1 and 2 will be replaced like-for-like with new economizers; as more fully described in the Drawings and Specification. 
    
    It is imperative that work for this project be staged and coordinated to avoid interruptions to steam production. Steam production is not only required during the heating season, but also year round to produce hot water for the facility.
    
    Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $500,001 > $1,000,000.
