Trade Agreement: Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business (SPAB) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Architectural and Engineering Services, Correctional Service Canada (CSC), Willow Cree Healing Lodge (WCHL), Duck Lake, Saskatchewan, Building B04 Healthcare Redevelopment This procurement has been set aside under the federal government’s Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB. Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of an architectural firm, acting as the prime consultant with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the delivery of services required for this project. Work under this project will include, but is not limited to, the following: design consulting to complete the interior renovation involving approximately 135 m² of Healthcare and Corrections personnel offices facilities, to be undertaken in Building B04 of the Willow Cree Healing Lodge in Duck Lake, Saskatchewan; as more fully described in the Terms of Reference. The Building B04 HealthCare Centre requires improvements to address: interior and exterior barrier-free accessibility; Healthcare and Pharmacy areas such as: privacy within the clinical advising area; inadequate waiting area; and poor functionality in areas for the storage / dispensing of pharmaceuticals and minor (clean, not sterile) medical procedures/treatments. Proponents are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, from the Government of Canada web site, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
