Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Western Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Request for Standing Offer - General Plumbing & Piping - Department of National Defence, 17 Wing Detachment, Dundurn, Saskatchewan

Work under this Standing Offer comprises the material, labour, equipment, and supervision required to perform General Plumbing & Piping of various buildings mechanical systems at Department of National Defence, 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn in Dundurn, Saskatchewan outlined in the Statement of Work and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein.

Services are to be provided on an "as required" basis.  It is anticipated that only one (1) firm will be issued a Standing Offer. The Standing Offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years. This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. For additional information, see Part 4 - Evaluation Procedures and Basis of Selection and Part 5 - Certifications and Additional Information.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
