Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: NOTE TO BIDDERS: Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and to encourage physical distancing, the bid receiving unit in Winnipeg will remain open but with limited staff and limited hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 am to 11 am, and Tuesday, 9 am to 2 pm (local time). Please monitor buyandsell.gc.ca closely as changes to bid closing dates may be necessary. ------------------------------------------------------------ This procurement is subject to the Agreement Between Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada (the Nunavut Agreement) Clyde River, Nunavut, Harbour Development Work under this contract will include, but is not limited to, the following for Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Small Craft Harbours (SCH) in Clyde River, Nunavut: the new construction of breakwaters, fixed wharf, basin and entrance channel dredging, and accommodations for small craft vessels at a new harbour location in Clyde River; as more fully described in the Drawings and Specification. LIMITED TO INUIT FIRMS ON THE INUIT FIRM REGISTRY (IFR): The requirement is limited to Inuit businesses on the Inuit Firm Registry (IFR). See SI02 NUNAVUT AGREEMENT (NA). BIDDERS CONFERENCE A bidders conference will be held by Microsoft Teams on March 10, 2022. The conference will begin at 10:00 am, Central Standard Time (CST). The scope of the requirement outlined in the bid solicitation will be reviewed during the conference. It is recommended that bidders who intend to submit a bid attend or send a representative. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the conference to confirm attendance. Bidders should provide, in writing, to the Contracting Authority (email to: dan.mcruer@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca), the name(s) of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they wish to table no later than March 9, 2022 at 2:00 pm, Central Standard Time (CST). Interested bidders will be sent details on how to access the Microsoft Teams meeting. This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the bid will render the bid non-responsive. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between: $40,000,001 to $45,000,000. This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the bid and contract documents.
