Multipurpose Building

Work under this Contract is to include, but is not limited to,
the following on the property of the Stony Mountain Institution,
located in Stony Mountain, Manitoba: the construction of a new
multipurpose building for Corrections Canada (CORCAN); as more
fully described in the Drawings and Specification. 

Optional Site Visit. There will be a site visit on November 18,
2014 at 10:00 AM (CST). Interested bidders are to meet at the
Stony Mountain Institution Construction Security Trailer.
Interested bidders must sign in and provide photo identification.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms,
special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing,
from the Government of Canada web site, and are to ensure they
are addressed in the submitted bid. 

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejection of your bid. 

Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are
incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the bid and
contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public
Works and Government Services Canada and may be viewed at:

Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
