Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, 2505 Airport Road, CBSA Saskatoon Fit-Up

The proposed development comprises minor renovation works to the
main floor of an existing office space at 2505 Airport Road to
serve as the swing space for the CBSA staff from 2130 Airport
Drive before they move to a more permanent location; as more
fully described in the Drawings and Specification. Architectural
work includes door locks, drywall in-fills and subsequent
painting, temporary guard to some vestibule openings and window
fire shutters. Minor demolition work is required for removal of
some millwork, doors and glazed partition. Minor electrical work
includes the removal/relocation of some existing exit lights,
additional emergency battery units and additional receptacles
for the LAN room. There is no mechanical work.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT. There will be a site visit on June 12, 2015
at 10:30 AM local time (CST). Interested bidders are to meet at
the front lobby, 2505 Airport Road, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Interested bidders must sign in and provide photo identification.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms,
special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing,
from the Government of Canada web site, and are to ensure they
are addressed in the submitted bid. 

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejection of your bid.
