Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the
services of an architectural/engineering consulting firm, acting
as prime consultant together with a mulit-disciplinary team of
sub-consultants for the provision of service required for this
project.  

The purpose of this project is to:

Replace the malfunctioning Sally Port Gates providing principal
secure entry to the Saskatchewan Penitentiary.  Ensure efficient
and reliable mechanical, electrical and security operation in
all weather conditions and adherence to other design
requirements as noted in the Terms of Reference.
Incrementally repair/replace sections of the Security and
Demarcation Fence.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms,
special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing,
and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. 

Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid

This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. Failure to

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: 

There will be a site visit on Thursday, 18 July 2013 at 10:00
a.m. Interested bidders are to meet/sign in at A3 Works
Department/PWGSC office at Saskatchewan Penitentiary, 2500 15th
street west Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.  All are required to
fill out and submit a security clearance for SaskPen, which is
attached as Appendix E.  It is preferred that Appendix E be
completed and submitted to the Contracting Authority prior to
the site visit.
