    Fire Alarm System Repairs - Willow Cree Healing Lodge
    REQUIREMENT:
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Correctional Services Canada (CSC) is seeking tenders for the provision of all materials, equipment, labour and supervision for the installation and modifications to the fire alarm system for the Willow Creek Healing Lodge (WCHL) near Duck Lake, SK. 
    
    Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in the Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Packages (DSP) which consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure
    
    NOTICE OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    
    1. There will be a site visit on March 9, 2022 at 10:00AM SK time.  Interested bidders are to meet at B01 to sign in, at the WCHL which is approximately 6.2 km west of the town of Duck Lake, SK on HWY 212. Cell phones will not be permitted, however pictures of the work areas will be taken and posted to Buy and Sell if requested.  
    
    Covid Instructions:
    A Site tour starting at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary can be arranged but Covid-19 protocols must be adhered to at all times. This includes;
    
    1. Covid-19 questionnaire (Annex C)
    
    a. Further to Question 4 in the CSC Covid-19 Screening questions, anyone who has travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days or been in contact with someone who has travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, will not be allowed entry to the facility. 
    
    b. Further to Question 6 in the CSC Covid -19 Screening questions, all visitors to site must attest to a negative rapid test result prior to entry. The test should be performed prior to arriving on site. 
    
    2.         Mask wearing at all times.
     
    Please bring valid Government Identification for verification. Each company will be limited to two attendees for the site visit, depending on the number of registered attendees there may be multiple walkthroughs of the site to limit potential Covid Exposure and to allow for safe social distancing. To ensure a fair bidding process, no questions will be answered at the site visit. Please submit all questions via email to dallas.wiebe@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca . Questions and answers will be posted on buy and sell website.
    
    Everyone wishing to attend should submit name(s) and company name to dallas.wiebe@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca by Friday March 4, 2022. If request is submitted after this date and time, bidders risk not being granted access for the site visit.
