Regional Psychiatric Centre Fire Pump Room Renovation Saskatoon, Saskatchewan 

Work of this Contract will include, but is not limited to the following at the Regional Psychiatric Centre, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan: the renovation of the fire pump room and related work as more fully described in the specifications and drawings.

Value of Project: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $250,001 > $500,000.

Optional Site Visit: There will be an optional site visit on Thursday July 20, 2017 at 1:00 PM (Saskatchewan time). Interested bidders must notify the Contracting Officer by emailing kyla.grabowski@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca on or before July 17, 2017 at 10:00 AM (Saskatchewan time) for each individual who plans to attend the site visit. Full Legal name and company represented is required. If the contracting Officer has not been notified by the date and time stated, admittance may not be given at the site visit. Only those individuals whose names of have been provided can attend the meeting. No individuals may be substituted and no additional members can be added after the notification to attend, deadline. Interested bidders are to sign in at the gate of the Regional Psychiatric Centre, 2520 Central Avenue North, Saskatoon SK, and they will be directed to the meeting room. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made. No cell phones or cameras will be permitted on the premises.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid.

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
