B3 Segregation Renovation & Exercise Yard Expansion,
Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, Sk

Work under this contract comprises the furnishing of all labour,
materials, equipment and supervision required for the general
construction and renovation of Segregation Living Unit B-3, as
more fully described in the plans and specifications, at
Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The
Project area is within a medium security correctional
institution, the Segregation area, to construct a new exterior,
attached control post and increase the exercise yards from one
to four around the new control post. This project is phased as
the area has to continue functioning during construction. 

SITE VISIT:  A site visit will be held on Tuesday, March 05,
2013 at 10:00h CST.  Attendees must report to the Front Entrance
of the Saskatchewan Penitentiary, 2500 15th Street West, Prince
Albert, Sk.  Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the
specified date and time will not be given an alternative
appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.

Tenderers are responsible for obtaining copies of tender forms
and special instructions which are available directly from the

It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender.
