The mechanical contractor will provide services as outlined on drawings M 3.1, M 3.2, M 3.3, M3.4, M 4.1, M 5.1, and Division 21, & 23 of the specifications for the File Storage Renovations at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Riverbend Institute, Prince Albert, SK, as more fully described in the drawings and specifications. All other drawings, addenda, and Divisions from the specifications are for information purposes only. Contractor personnel will be escorted in specific areas of the institution as and where required by Correctional Service Canada personnel or those authorized by CSC on its behalf. Corcan Construction will assume the role of Contractor for the work. SITE VISIT: An optional site visit will be held on Tuesday, May 07, 2013 at 14:00 CST. Interested bidders are to meet at A-3 Buffalo Room Saskatchewan Penitentiary. Prior Security Clearances will be required please contact Jary Mitchell at Jary.Mitchell@csc-scc.gc.ca for forms and information. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made. Tenderers are responsible for obtaining copies of tender forms and special instructions which are available directly from the MERX site. It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that all addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted tender.
