Work of this contract comprises the furnishing of all labour,
materials, equipment and supervision required for the B12
Hospital Re-roof project at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary, as
more fully described in the drawings and specifications, in
Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.  

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be an optional site visit on
Friday February 07, 2014 at 10:00h. Attendees must report to the
Front Entrance of the Saskatchewan Penitentiary, 2500 15th
Street West, Prince Albert, Sk, must sign in, and maybe
requested to provide photo identification. Bidders who, for any
reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be
given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions
will be made.

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejection of your bid.

Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid
documents through the GETS service provider at

documents from a source other than the official site run the
risk of not receiving a complete package.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms,
