Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled
licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation
and material as requested by Public Works and Government
Services Canada, in the form of call ups for the provision of
mechanical services as detailed in the Statement of Requirement
titled "Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing and Gas Fitting Contractor
Standing Offer, Statement of Requirement: Miscellaneous Works
and Urgent Repairs", Annex "A" attached, at Saskatchewan
Penitentiary, Prince Albert, SK and Willow Cree Healing Lodge,
Duck Lake, SK. Services are to be provided on an "as required"
basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a
standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of
one (1) year with two (2) option periods. This procurement
contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO
for details. 

As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006, offerors must provide a list of all owners
and/or Directors and other associated information as required.
Refer to section 4.21 of the Supply Manual for additional
information on the Integrity Provisions. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.

procurement.
