 This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number EW525-150525/B dated December 18, 2014 with
a closing of January 12, 2015 at 14:00 CST. A debriefing or
feedback session will be provided upon request to offerors who
bid on the previous solicitation.

Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled
licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation
and material as requested by Public Works and Government
Services Canada, in the form of call ups for the provision of
Flooring Installation services as detailed in the Statement of
Work titled "Statement of Work Flooring Contractor Standing
Offer; Miscellaneous Works and Urgent Repairs", Annex "A"
attached, at Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, SK and
Willow Cree Healing Lodge, Duck Lake, SK. Services are to be
provided on an "as required" basis. It is anticipated that only
1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will
be issued for a term of one (1) year with two (2) option
periods. This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See
Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details. 

As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006, offerors must provide a list of all owners
and/or Directors and other associated information as required.
Refer to section 4.21 of the Supply Manual for additional
information on the Integrity Provisions. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
