The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for hazardous material abatement services on an as-and-when-requested basis, including the provision of skilled labour, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and any other necessities.

The Standing Offer will be in place for a period of three (3) years, beginning on the date of issuance (estimated to be in January 2020), with two (2) one-year option periods to follow. Work will occur at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary in Prince Albert, SK, the Regional Psychiatric Centre in Saskatoon, SK and the Willow Creek Healing Lodge in Duck Lake, SK.
