Nature of Requirements: 
To supply all labour and materials required to thoroughly clean
all surfaces located in the propulsion motor room bilge, the
forward engine room bilge and the after engine room bilge on the
Canadian Coast Guard Ship Pierre Radisson. The ship will be
docked in Quebec City during the entire work period ( pier will
be determined later).

The cleaning process must include all of the following surfaces
:  a) all machinery undersides which are exposed to the bilges,
including the undersides of the port and starboard propulsion
motors; b) all framing fitted to support the deck plates; and c)
all piping fitted below the deck plates.

The bidder must provide a price for the disposal of oily water
for an estimated total of 30,000 liters.

The work must commence on April 2th, 2013 and be completed on
April 5 th, 2013.
