TITLE Development of a read-out integrated circuit. Objective The objective of this request for information is to evaluate both the feasibility and the cost of developing and delivering 10 read-out integrated circuits suitable for hybridization with a 1280x1024 InGaAs focal plane array having a 12.5 micron pixel pitch. Currently available CMOS processes must be used for the fabrication of the ROIC. The designed and delivered product must be free of any restrictions issued by a foreign government or entity. Details See attachment. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
