OVERVIEW

Work covered by this project at the Laurentian Forestry Centre located at 1055 du Peps Street, in Quebec City includes the lighting, air distribution and ceiling refurbishing. Work done by phases will be carried out in an occupied building.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE

The Bidder must enclose a bid security with its bid.


OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

There will be a site visit on Tuesday April 26, 2016, at 10:00 am. Interested bidders are to meet at :

ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COSTS

The estimated value of the contract is in the following price range : $1,000,000.00 to $2,500,000.00 (applicable taxes excluded). 


CONSTRUCTION TIME

The Contractor shall perform andcomplete the Work within thirty-eight (38) weeks (34 weeks plus 4 weeks of winter and summer construction holidays) from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
