OVERVIEW 

The Work includes, without being limited to, theenlargement of the water basin by dredging, the basin layout with the floating wharfs, the construction of a new breakwater, and the demolition and reconstruction of the Fishermen’s Large Wharf at Blanc Sablon, including all services on the wharf: crane,electricity supply points, potable water supply. All related work and site rehabilitation are also included.

ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COSTS

The estimated value of the contract is in the following price range : over $5,000,000.00 (applicable taxes excluded). 


CONSTRUCTION TIME

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by July 1st, 2017, at the latest.
