OVERVIEW 

Work includes the demolition of part of the concrete slab, plating of openings in the sheet piling, 
the placement of riprap outside of the sheet piling, backfilling voids under a portion of the 
existing slab and constructing a new concrete slab in the section that was demolished.

The Bidder must enclose a bid security with its bid.

CONSTRUCTION TIME

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within eight (8) weeks from the date of 
notification of acceptance of the offer.
