OVERVIEW
Work covered by this project at the Laurentian Forestry Centre located at 1055 du Peps Street, in Quebec City includes the lighting, air distribution and ceiling refurbishing. Work done by phases will be carried out in an occupied building.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
The Bidder must enclose a bid security with its bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on Monday March 27, 2017, at 10:00 am. The visit is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Interested bidders are to meet at :

Bidders are requested to send the list of participants to each of the visits by email at Gabriel.Piras@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca no later than Friday, March 24, at 16:00.
CONSTRUCTION TIME
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within fifty (50) weeks (46 weeks plus 4 weeks of winter and summer construction holidays) from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
