    OVERVIEW 
    
    The work to be done as indicated in the current contract consists primarily, but is not limited to:
    .1 The construction of the second phase of the Falls Trail including the construction of stairs, landings and wooden lookouts. The second phase is connected to the first phase built in the summer of 2017.
    Specifically, the work includes, but is not limited to, the provision of labor, materials and equipment, and all operations necessary to:
    .1 Site Preparation for Work
    .2 Installation of rock anchors;
    .3 Construction of stairs, landings, and lookouts.
    .4 Rehabilitation places
    
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    
    The Bidder must enclose a bid security with its bid.
    
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    
    There will be a site visit on Wednesday June 20, 2018, at 10:00am. Interested bidders are to meet at the following address :

    Bidders are requested to send the list of participants to the visit by email at Gabriel.Piras@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca no later than June 19 at 13:00.
    
    
    CONSTRUCTION TIME
    
    The Contractor must have performed and completed the Work at the latest on September 28, 2018. More specifically, the Certificate of Substantial Performance must be issued no later than September 28, 2018. The Certificate of (Final) Completion must be issued no later than November 30, 2018.
