OVERVIEW 

Work includes furnishing of materials, workforce, tools and equipment necessary for renovation of building 900 located at 101 Dalhousie Street, Quebec city.
Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing materials, workforce, tools, equipment, scaffolders, and necessary accessories and permits required for completion, to the satisfaction of the client, exterior and interior reshaping of building 900 including all the applicable and required connected work for such interventions at this type of project; specifically, without constraints:
1. All work related to the dismantling of existing elements, disconnection and temporary organization conditioned by site and according to drawings without constraints in order to complete scope of work.
2. All work related to structure, sprinkling systems, electricity, mechanical, ventilation, plumbing and emergency system specific to project.


MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE

The Bidder must enclose a bid security with its bid.


OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

There will be a site visit on Wednesday September 5, 2018, at 9:00am. Interested bidders are to meet at the following address :

   101, boulevard Champlain, Quebec, Quebec 
   Use the southwest entrance

Parking - There is no parking available on the site for the visit participants.


CONSTRUCTION TIME

The Contractor must perform and have completed the Work by March 31, 2019, at the latest.
