Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Provide and deliver to Defence Research & Development Canada (DRDC)- Valcartier Research Center, digital cameras meeting the technical specifications below. This Request for Proposal is for the acquisition of two (2) groups of two (2) cameras (total of 4 cameras). Two (2) contracts should be awarded. Resolution Minimum of 4800 pixels x 3200 pixels (16 MegaPixels) Pixel Size 8.0 µm maximum Output Format 12-bit mono CCD Analog Gain Control Manual, Auto: 0 - 32dB Shutter Duration 200 µsec with 5 µsec incremental steps Input trigger TTL / 5V Double Trigger (PiV) 10 µsec Lens Mount M42 (preferred) or M58 Size - Width 100mm Maximum Size - Height 100mm Maximum Size - Length 100mm Maximum Supply Power Voltage 12 VDC (10V - 15V) Communication GigE Vibration 6 Grms Shock 40g XYZ Operating Temperature -5OC +40OC Operating Humidity 20 - 80% non-condensing Operating Software Camera must be controllable and operable with DRDC in-house software Ready to fire signal cameras must be able to report ready or any fault status to the host computer. Delivery Date All the deliverables must be received on or before six (6) weeks after contract award. Additional Informations As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of StandardInstructions 2003, bidders must provide a list of all owners and/or Directors and other associated information as required. Refer to section 4.21 of the Supply Manual for additional information on the Integrity Provisions. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
