NOTICE:

The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be
limited to suppliers in the area of origin (Eastern Canada) of
the vessel in accordance with the Shipbuilding and Repair
Procurement Policy. Furthermore, as vessel will be win
winterized condition work shall be conducted at Fisherie and
Oceans Canada - Coast Guard Wharf, at 15, du Prince Street,
Sorel-Tracy (QC) J3P 4J4.


DESCRITPION:

Perform the work on Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) FCG SMITH
in accordance with the Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Coast Guard
technical specifications entitled "Repairs to CCGC F.C.G. Smith
- Winter 2014-2015" dated October 2014 and all related drawings
and technical documents.


BIDDERS' CONFERENCE (OPTIONAL):

A bidders' conference (optional) was held at Fisherie and Oceans
Canada - Coast Guard Wharf, at 15, du Prince Street, Sorel-Tracy
(QC) J3P 4J4 at 10:00 a.m. on December 3rd 2014.


VESSEL'S VIEWING (OPTIONAL):

The vessel was available for viewing after bidders' conference.
