Description Perform the work on Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) Amundsen in accordance with Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Coast Guard technical specifications entitled "DOCKSIDE REFIT FALL 2015 - CCGS AMUNDSEN'' version 0 ,and all related drawings and other technical documents. BIDDERS' CONFERENCE (OPTIONAL): A bidders' conference (optional) was held at 1550 D'Estimauville Avenue, Quebec City, Quebec G1J 0C7, Room 601-08 at 09:00 a.m. on Tuesday October 6th 2015. VESSEL'S VIEWING (OPTIONAL): Because of the vessel's operation, no visit of the ship is planned. Particulars of the vessel 1200-class Medium size ice-breaker Length overall: 322 ft. 3 5/8 in. Moulded breadth: 65 ft. 1 3/8 in. Load draught max.: 24 ft. 4 7/8 in. Minimum draught forward: 18 ft. 6 in. Minimum draught aft.: 21 ft. 0 in. Load displacement: 8,415 L.T. Work Period (onboard the ship) Commencement of Work: November 7th, 2015 or as per ship's availability. (At the earlier date.) End of Work: December 14th, 2015 or five (5) weeks after ship's availability. (At the earleir date.) This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides procurement services in both official languages of Canada Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
