DESCRIPTION: Perform the work on Canadian Coast Guard Ships (CCGS) Leim, (CCGC) Ile St-Ours, (CCGS) Garde-Cote 03 and (CCGS) FCG Smith in accordance with Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Coast Guard technical specifications entitled ; ''15IN206 Contrat Navires Saisonniers Sorel 2015-16 version 4-en'’, and all related drawings and other technical documents. Commencement of Work: January 27th, 2016 or as per ship's availibility. (At earlier date) End of Work: April 8th, or ten (10) weeks after ship's availability. (At the earlier date.) BIDDERS' CONFERENCE (not mandatory) A bidders' Conference chaired by the Contracting Authority was convened on board vessel CCGS FCG Smith at 10:00 am, December 17th, 2015. The vessel will be moored at Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Coast Guard Wharf, at 15, du Prince Street, Sorel-Tracy (QC)J3P 4J4. VESSELS' VIEWING (not mandatory) A vessels' visit was held immediately after the bidders’ conference. This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides procurement services in both official languages ofCanada. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
